Utah Valley Home & Garden Show
UTAH COUNTY—EmeraldPro Painting will be in booth A6 at the Utah Valley Home & Garden Show, March 12—14, 2021. Our booth will be hosted by EmeraldPro Painting Area Manager, Jay D. Mason.
Mason is a key member of the EmeraldPro Painting owner-operator workforce. He provides a significant contribution to our combined commercial and residential painting experience. His painting services include color consultation, interior, and exterior house painting. As a local painting contractor, his goal is to provide customers with an experience they will happy with for years to come.
“Redesigning the interior of your home is a significant investment and an exciting journey for any homeowner,” says Mason, an exterior and interior housepainter for the last 20-years. But he cautions, “We have all heard stories of finally choosing a paint color after weeks to hate the finished product.” He wants to keep that from happening to our customers.
Wall color in the home is often reflected in its price. Zillow Chief Economist, Svenja Gudell said color selection has a powerful impact on a home’s price. Bathrooms in some colors increased purchase offers while others noticeably reduced them.
Now in the first days of Spring 2021, color is all around. However, the vibrant hues of nature may not match the experience of our homes as we pass the one-year mark of the COVID-19 pandemic. A lot of people may be noticing how the interior of their home affects their mood. But some might also be apprehensive of inviting a contractor into their home.
EmeraldPro Painting has been innovative on how painting contracts are done in the COVID-19 economy. Client safety is their top priority and they have established policies to minimize contact events and mitigate exposure threats. They anticipate most client and contractor interaction will be through email or text. In the coming months, EmeraldPro will be launching new online tools to further streamline these processes.
EmeraldPro Painting is a franchise national painting service, headquartered in Utah County. It has 10 locations serving seven states, with three serving Cache, Weber, Davis, Salt Lake, and Utah counties.
