At this time we speak of peace. Peace in the broadest sense of the word. Peace in your daily lives, peace in your day to day affairs. We know that it can be very challenging, very difficult to remain in your heart center at all times throughout the day. Consider this. The human body is designed to function at its best from a position of love, a position of peace and harmony. Stress levels increase the blood pressure; create stress upon the heart, the immune system, and all bodily systems.
For optimum well being, the body remains in a state of peace and harmony. Deep breathing can bring your more into this level of well being. Deep breathing releases tension, and stress upon the body. Deep breathing releases toxins that you have acquired and stored in the body. Most of you function throughout your day, breathing shallow breaths, cutting off your life force, the prana, your connection to the All That Is. This is your connection to the Adamantine particles, the life force of all creation, that which is the All, from which all that you do is created. When you breathe deep breaths, you bring your focus back into your heart center and back into the place where you function at your optimum wellness; you are connected to the inner source, your Divine Consciousness. When you focus upon your inner wisdom, your inner Divine Self, peace and harmony become your Life Force; you have a center of well being. That which you create comes to you much more easily, you are focused and heart centered in the now.
Release the need to attach to your daily outcome for each and every detail. You must learn to soar above the density, to find the cosmic flow, to be a bird upon the horizon. See the larger picture. Flow with the stream of life, allowing yourself to twist and turn with each days detours of unpredictability. Flow through each a day with ease and grace. When you combine these techniques with slow and deep, steady breathing, you will find that peace and harmony come to you as a byproduct of these daily actions. You will find it easier and easier to be in the heart center. Your body will slowly become attuned to this practice and will respond with health and well being.
All is in accordance with the divine laws. All is in accordance with ascension, as we are well into the process. You have done well, Dear Ones, but you must take care of your Physical vessel. This messenger says, “We are ascending and we are taking our bodies with us”. Indeed you are, but to ascend in your body with ease and grace, you must also begin the process of changing your diet. Begin to eat more vegetables, more green foods that create well being for your physical vessel. There are foods that are considered acidic, and foods that are considered alkaline. Eat more of the alkaline foods, and begin to release the need to eat meats, and dairy products, alcohol and sweets.
You do not need to go through this process all at once. Begin with the thought form, and allow it to permeate your consciousness, to grow, and soon it will manifest for you. The Beloved animals have been in service to humanity for much longer than you know, and much longer than was intended. They agreed to be in service to you, for you to nourish your physical vessels, until the time when this was no longer needed or necessary. That time is approaching, Dear Ones. The Blessed animal kingdom is ascending also and it is time to release them from their contract to humanity.
All is in perfect and divine order. As you breathe and send the light out to humanity and Mother Earth, breathe and send the light specifically to the animal kingdom. They too, need your assistance in their ascension process. And remember Dear Ones, peace and harmony are all a part of bringing your four bodies into balance. It is possible. Set you intention each and every day. Meditate on the word peace, as you go through your day. Do this for a week, and see what changes are wrought in your life. Do this for a month and see the miracles flow in your lives.
